Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can't attend a live session?
All sessions are recorded and available in the portal within 24 hours. However, live attendance is required for program completion and credential eligibility. If you have a conflict, let us know in advance and we'll work with you.
Do I need to know specific tools before starting?
No. We teach you how to evaluate and choose tools, not just how to use them. You'll work with platforms like Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, and Google Workspace during the program, but prior experience isn't required.
What level of operations professional is this for?
OpsReadyPro is designed for professionals ready to move into or currently in operations management roles. You might be an operations coordinator, executive assistant, or team lead looking to step into strategic systems work. By graduation, you'll have the skills operations managers need: designing workflows, implementing systems, and training teams - with portfolio proof you can deliver.
How is the credential verified?
Your credential is issued through Accredible and is based on meeting our Implementation Standard rubric (not just attendance). You'll be evaluated on discovery quality, system build, documentation usability, and rollout readiness. The digital badge can be shared on LinkedIn, in your email signature, and in your portfolio.
