Here's What We Cover:
Module 1: Serving with Authority
Serving with Authority is about recognizing the weight and impact of operational work. This session explores what it means to serve from a place of confidence and posture in a role that others depend on, grounding the conversation in what operations truly mean and how your personal story, values, and strengths shape your leadership.
Module 2: Operational Structure & Ops Mapping
Explore how a company’s mission, services, and people connect through structure. Learn to analyze how front and back office functions work together and visualize how work flows across teams. Produce an operational map highlighting alignment, gaps, and opportunities.
Module 3: Role Clarity & Planning
Apply organizational mapping at the individual level. Assess your own role, identify clarity and gaps, and connect your daily work to the bigger structure. Use the From Role to Rhythm framework to turn responsibilities into workflows.
Module 4: Process Development & Improvement
Learn the essentials of process development: how to define, document, and implement effective workflows. Understand the distinctions between policies, processes, and procedures, and use the 3-Zone Method for mapping processes. Learn how AI tools can accelerate documentation while maintaining clarity and usability.
Module 5: Systems Building & Tool Setup
Focus on building systems and setting up tools to improve processes. Groups work on mapping out how technology can be used to enhance their assigned processes, including how to leverage AI for workflow automation and when to use manual processes instead.
Final Presentations
The Project Presentations and Finale are a chance to bring everything together and share the systems each group has built. During this session, groups will walk through their work, explain their thinking, and show how their ideas turned into real, usable systems.

II've spent over a decade helping mission-driven organizations, founders, and teams build systems that work. I've been trusted to step inside businesses, untangle problems, and turn what people do into clear, sustainable operations.
My style is collaborative and grounded, but we get things done.
We work with real examples from your world, so what you're learning fits the work you're already doing. I believe everyone has something valuable to contribute, and my role is to help you see it, sharpen it, and use it with confidence.
