Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in OpsReadyPro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Payment

1.1 Enrollment Confirmation  

Your enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or first installment (for payment plan enrollees). You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of payment.

1.2 Payment Plans  

Pace-Setter (3 Installments): $499/month for 3 months. Payments are due on the 1st of each month (March 1, April 1, May 1, 2026).  

Sponsored Pro (2 Installments): $1,400 due March 1 and April 1, 2026.  

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to live sessions, coaching, and course materials until payment is received.

1.3 Third-Party Financing  

If you use Klarna, Afterpay, or similar financing services, you are subject to their terms and conditions in addition to these terms.

2. No Refunds

2.1 All Sales Are Final  

All payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details and commit to participation. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:  

Change of mind  

Inability to attend live sessions  

Scheduling conflicts  

Personal circumstances  

Dissatisfaction with program content  

2.2 Payment Plan Obligations  

If you enroll via payment plan, you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your participation level or completion of the program.

3. Program Participation

3.1 Live Session Attendance  

Live sessions are held Tuesdays at 4:30 PM EST.  

Sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours for enrolled participants who cannot attend live.  

Regular attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory for access to materials.

3.2 Credential Eligibility  

To earn the verified Accredible credential, you must:  

Complete and submit your capstone project  

Meet the Implementation Standard rubric requirements (discovery, system build quality, documentation usability, rollout readiness)  

Credential eligibility is based on work quality, not attendance alone.

3.3 Capstone Project Requirements  

You are required to complete a capstone project that involves designing, implementing, and documenting an operational system. Projects are evaluated against our Implementation Standard.

3.4 1:1 Coaching  

Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed upon times. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice cannot be rescheduled.

4. No Transfers or Withdrawals

4.1 No Cohort Transfers  

Enrollment is specific to the Spring 2026 cohort (March 11 - May 30, 2026). If you cannot complete this cohort, you cannot transfer to a future cohort. Your enrollment and payment are forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal  

If you withdraw from the program for any reason, you forfeit access to remaining live sessions, coaching, and materials. No refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property & Materials

5.1 Course Materials  

All course materials, including recordings, templates, worksheets, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of The Digital Jane LLC and Alice Foy. You may use materials for personal or professional application but may not redistribute, resell, or share them publicly.

5.2 Your Work  

You retain ownership of all work you create during the program, including your capstone project and deliverables. By enrolling, you grant The Digital Jane LLC permission to use anonymized examples of your work (with your prior approval) for educational or promotional purposes.

5.3 Recording & Photography  

Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants. By attending, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear on camera, you may participate with video off.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Professional Behavior  

You agree to engage respectfully with instructors, coaches, and fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6.2 Confidentiality  

Information shared by other participants (including client details, business strategies, or personal circumstances) must be kept confidential.

7. Partner Organizations

7.1 Self-Funded Participants  

Self-funded participants will be matched with a partner organization to work on their operational challenges. You agree to:  

Communicate professionally with the partner organization  

Complete deliverables as outlined in your capstone project  

Treat any information shared by the partner organization as confidential  

7.2 Employer-Sponsored Participants  

Employer-sponsored participants work on their own organization's challenges. Any deliverables created remain the property of the sponsoring organization unless otherwise agreed.

8. Program Changes

8.1 Schedule Changes  

The Digital Jane LLC reserves the right to adjust session dates or times due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

8.2 Instructor Changes  

In the unlikely event that Alice Foy is unable to lead a session, a qualified substitute instructor may be provided.

8.3 Program Cancellation  

The Digital Jane LLC reserves the right to cancel the program at any time, with participants being notified as soon as possible.
