This program is for people who are ready to work.
OpsReady was built for operations professionals, current or emerging, who want to build real skills through real work. Whether you're pivoting into ops, already working behind the scenes at a small business, or just tired of courses that teach theory but don’t help you apply it, this is for you.
You won’t just be watching modules. You’ll be in it: working with real businesses, getting weekly mentorship, and learning how to run the backend of a company.
This isn’t passive learning. It’s hands-on, supportive, and built for people who want to grow.

What We Cover + Who It’s Designed
ForOpsReady is designed for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in admin, coordination, or project support roles. Whether you’re an executive assistant, virtual assistant, OBM, or internal ops team member, this program helps you grow into your next level with confidence and clarity.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll work through:
-
Process development: understanding the difference between policies, processes, and procedures, and how to document and implement them effectively
-
Team structure and role clarity: learning how to map out responsibilities and support growing teams.
-
Project management systems: getting hands-on with tools and workflows that streamline execution.
-
Systems thinking: developing the ability to see across departments and support the whole business, not just tasks.
-
Communication and collaboration: learning how to better communicate with founders, teams, and clients.
This is not a 'build-your-business' boot camp or a passive course. It’s a working, skill-building environment where you’ll apply what you learn in real time inside a real business, with weekly assignments, mentorship, and a deliverable that reflects your growth.
