I built OpsReady to solve the challenges I saw holding both talent and businesses back.

OpsReady is a bridge between emerging talent and small businesses.

How It Works

This program runs in 12-week cohorts. 

Each trainee is either matched with a business (OpsMatch), nominated by a business (Co-Ops), or assigned a business profile to work from.

 

Every trainee supports a real business, and every business receives structure and guidance to maximize the experience.

Trainees and businesses submit an application.

Kick-Off

Each match begins with a structured onboarding, clarity sessions, and goal-setting.

Train & Work

Trainees complete weekly modules and assignments while doing real work inside the business.

Review & Grow

Alice provides weekly feedback, tracks progress, and offers coaching to help both sides grow.

Businesses get structured support and strategy at the same time.

Professionals can work and learn via OpsMatch or Co-op pathways with guidance.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR/PROGRAM VISIONARY

Since 2018, I have had a front row seat to how teams and businesses operate. Again and again, I have seen two gaps holding both back. Talented people are placed in operations roles without the mentorship or skill-building they need to thrive. Businesses bring in help without the clarity or structure to make that help successful.

 

OpsReady is my answer to both. It is a new model that blends workforce development with business support in a way that has never been done before. It combines curriculum, hands-on assignments inside active businesses, and one-on-one mentorship to grow skills while important work moves forward.

 

This is purpose work for me. It is about preparing people for their assignments and walking with them as they step into leadership. It is about giving businesses the structure and capacity they need without pausing their momentum.

When professionals grow and businesses are strengthened at the same time, it changes what is possible. That is the future I am building with OpsReady.
