Join me for our first Ops Roundtable of 2026. This is a live community conversation for operations professionals, consultants, implementers, and leaders. We will gather at the top of March to check in on Q1, reflect on the early patterns we are seeing across businesses, and make sense of what this year is already asking of us.

This space is designed for honest dialogue, shared insight, and grounded planning. Cameras are encouraged for connection, and you are welcome to participate however it feels right for you. Speaking, chatting, or simply listening in are all welcomed.
